If you take a look at the sales reports you will surely notice that tyres for "Gazel" manufactured by ATP are in high demand with the customers. In the year 2010 their demand will apparently increase, since ATP started realization of the project on the replacement of the assembling equipment for tyres with standard size of 185/75R16C. The combined assembly of breaker and the second stage with the use of one highly automated machine is more effective since it provides more equal distribution of materials and load-bearing smoothness of tyres. Eventually ATP plans to convert the production of its entire product-line of tyres for light-duty trucks, trucks and motor cars to this modern production process.

Tyre production with the use of this "combined" method increases preciseness of assembly and as a result decreases load-bearing heterogeneity of tyres by 20-30%. Thus operating characteristics of the products increase significantly. For example, tyre life grows by as much as 20%.

At present ATP produces 67 tyre models for domestic and foreign motor vehicles and agricultural machinery. These include 17 tyre models for trucks, 12 - for light-duty trucks, 13 - for agricultural machinery and 25 models for motor cars.
